You have selected a notice appointment.

To book your appointment online:

• You must hold a valid credit or debit card, and payment will be taken at the end of this booking process. Payment Cards we accept are: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit.
• You must both be over the age of 18.
• You must both have British or Irish citizenship, or you must have settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) or pre settled / pending status providing you made your application before 1st July 2021.
• One or both of you must be resident in West Sussex (you must have been resident in West Sussex for at least 8 whole days).
• The property in which you or your partner are resident must be registered for council tax to a West Sussex district Council.
• You must know where your ceremony will take place.
• You must have booked your ceremony venue and registrars.
• The date of your ceremony must be between 29 days and 1 year of your appointment unless you are subject to immigration control, in which case your appointment must be between 71 days and 1 year of your appointment.
